- 2 medium raw mangoes (kaccha aam)
- 3 cups water
- 10–12 strands of saffron (kesar)
- 2 tbsp warm water (for soaking saffron)
- 3–4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
- ÂĽ tsp black salt
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Ice cubes (optional)

Cook Raw Mangoes
Boil or pressure cook raw mangoes until soft. Let them cool, then peel and extract the pulp. -
Prepare Saffron Infusion

Blend the Base
In a blender, combine mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and saffron water. Blend until smooth. -
Adjust Consistency
Add chilled water as needed to achieve desired consistency. -
