  • 2 cups ripe mango pulp (preferably Alphonso)
  • 10–12 strands of saffron (kesar)
  • 2 tbsp warm milk (for soaking saffron)
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of mangoes)
  • ÂĽ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds & pistachios (for garnish)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Prepare Saffron Infusion
    Soak saffron strands in warm milk to release its rich color and aroma.
  2. Blend Mango Pulp
    In a blender, add mango pulp and sugar (if needed). Blend until smooth and silky.
  3. Add Saffron & Flavor
    Mix in saffron milk and cardamom powder. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Chill (Optional)
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes for a refreshing experience.
  5. Serve & Garnish
    Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped nuts and saffron strands.
