- 1 cup thick curd (yogurt)
- ½ cup chilled milk
- 8–10 strands of saffron (kesar)
- 2 tbsp warm milk (for soaking saffron)
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- ÂĽ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds & pistachios
- Ice cubes (optional)

Soak Saffron
Add saffron strands to warm milk and let it release its rich color and aroma. -
Blend Base
In a blender, add curd, chilled milk, sugar, and saffron milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Enhance Flavor
Add cardamom powder and blend lightly. -
Adjust Consistency
Add a little milk if needed for desired thickness. -
Serve & Garnish
Pour into glasses, add ice if desired, and garnish with chopped nuts and saffron strands.
